Industry-specific solution: This review is for the use of real estate agents and offices. We preferred to eliminate all-purpose CRMs that are built for every kind of business, of course, unless they are configured for the use of real estate businesses.

We have to mention that we did not test the products for the long term. We tested according to our own needs and for a short time only. For the comparison list, we used our test experience together with the information given on the product website, assuming that it reflects the product’s real features and costs. We should also mention that we did not test customer services. In our experience, it usually takes a long time to understand the value of customer service. Unfortunately, many companies are very good at customer service at the start, but we cannot say the same after you got hooked.
